Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to drop to become around average or slightly lower as the country is still being affected by a superficial Indian seasonal low pressure accompanied by southwestern wet air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected over the northwestern and the coastal areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly moderate with a moderate speed and it becomes active in the afternoon while the sea waves will be medium in height.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: in Damascus 35/18, Aleppo 19/35, Lattakia 31/25, Hama 35/22 and Homs 32/18.
