Syrian weightlifter Asma Naser Eddin wins bronze medal in 2015 Special Olympics Games

Washington, SANA- Syrian player Asama Naser Eddin has won the bronze medal in the competitions of weightlifting “52 kg division” within 2015 Special Olympics World Summer Games, held in the US city of Los Angeles with the participation of 177 countries.

Asma was able to win in weightlifting competition where 47 states participated, and she proved that the Syrian team enjoys high-level skills.

Syria is participating in five games within the Special Olympics Games which are swimming, weightlifting, table tennis, bocce, and roller skating through a team embracing 21 players and coaches. The Olympics will last till August 2nd.
