Damascus, SANA Temperatures will slightly rise to become higher than average by 4 to 6 degrees as the country is being affected by a superficial seasonal low air pressure accompanied by a subtropical high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department said, in its Thursday bulletin, that the skies will be hot and clear in general, and misty in the eastern areas, al-Jazira and al-Badia.
The expected temperature in Damascus: 40/22, Aleppo: 39/21, Homs:37/21 and Lattakia: 32/24.
The winds are northwesterly between light to moderate, while the altitude of the sea waves is light.
