Terrorists self claimed leaders killed in Zabadani
The army air force destroyed a hideout for the self claimed terrorist organizations’ leaders in the vicinity of al-Seyaha hotel at al-Mahatta square in al-Zabadani city, Damascus countryside, , a military source told SANA Thursday.
Aleppo
The army’s air force destroyed dens and vehicles for terrorists in old Aleppo, al-Kalasa, Karm al-Tarab, Bab al-Nairab, Karm al-Jazmati and Sheikh Lutfi in Aleppo and its countryside.
Earlier, units of the army and armed forces destroyed dens and supply lines of Jabhat al-Nusra and the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “ISIS” terrorists in Aleppo.
Units of army inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists during accurate operations against their hideouts in al-Rashideen, al-Layramoun, al-Shaar, al-Sakhour, Bani Zaid, al-Naanai square and al-Castilo road in Aleppo city, where terrorist organizations are active and target residential neighborhoods with shells, the source added.
The source added that operations hit their targets precisely in which a number of terrorists were killed and mortar launchers were destroyed.
Another unit of army clashed with a terrorist group that tried to infiltrate into Karm al-Jabal neighborhood, killing all its members and destroying their arms.
Another army unit eliminated hideouts of terrorist organizations during a special operation against their gatherings to the north east of the industrial area.
Units of army directed concentrated strikes against gatherings of terrorists most of them from Jabhat al-Nusra killing a number of them and injuring others in al-Wadihi, Balat and al-Adnaniya in the south eastern countryside of the city and that coincided with inflicting heavy losses in personnel and munitions upon terrorists in Abteen village in the southern countryside of Aleppo.
In the western and northern countryside of the city, units of army directed intensive strikes on supply lines of terrorist organizations destroying vehicles equipped with machine guns with all terrorists on board in anadan, Kafar Naha, Daret ezza, the surrounding of the Scientific Research, al-Atareb and Hayan.
Dead and injured fell in Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorists’ ranks during operations carried out by the army Wednesday night against their dens in Hraitan town.
In the eastern countryside of Aleppo, units of army killed a number of ISIS terrorists and injured others during special operations against their dens in the surroundings of the Air Force Academy.
Takfiri terrorist organizations are active in Aleppo countryside including Jabhat al-Nusra, al-Jabha al_shamiya, Jaish al-Muhajireen and al-ansar,and Ahrar al-Sham movement.
Idleb
The army’s air force destroyed dens and vehicles for terrorists in Abu al-Dhour, Binish and al-Tamana’a in Idleb countryside.
Hasaka
ISIS supply route coming from al-Shaddadi and al-Meilabiyeh was cut off
Army units and the national backup forces in the northeastern Hasaka province killed many ISIS terrorists in a number of neighborhoods in Hasaka city they had earlier infiltrated.
Field sources told SANA reporter that fierce clashes erupted on Wednesday night with ISIS terrorists who were fleeing from the neighborhoods of al-Nashwa al-Gharbiyeh, al-Nashwa al-Sharqiyeh and al-Villat in the direction of al-Zuhour neighborhood.
While the clashes were going on, other army units carried out operations in which they targeted positions of ISIS terrorists inside neighborhoods, inflicting losses upon them and destroying a number of their vehicles.
Those terrorists were positioned in the building blocks stretching between the roundabouts of al-Bassal and Banoram and al-Villat al-Homr area.
Other army operations took place at near al-Nashwa al-Gharbiyeh neighborhood, while a number of ISIS snipers who were positioned at the Culture House and the Sports City were killed, according to the sources.
In the same context, the army took control of the main electricity transmission stations on the southern outskirts of Hasaka city after killing many ISIS terrorists.
A car bomb which ISIS terrorist tried to detonate near the station was destroyed by the army members.
The field sources also told SANA that ISIS supply route coming from al-Shaddadi and al-Meilabiyeh was cut off, few days after another supply route from Jisr Abyad in the southwestern side of Hasaka city had been blocked.
Thus, ISIS terrorists still positioned in the building blocks stretching between the roundabouts of al-Bassal and Banoram and al-Villat al-Homr area have now become besieged.
Lattakia
The Army’s air force destroyed a number of dens and vehicles for terrorists in Dwerka and Rwaisat al-Khandaq in Lattakia northern countryside.
Earlier, Seven terrorists were killed, dozens of others were injured and a vehicle with a machine gun mounted on it was destroyed in army air strikes on their positions in al-Zweik, Kafr Dalba and Salma in the northern countryside of Lattakia province, according to a military source.
Quneitra
In southern Syria, army units destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and vehicles equipped with machineguns in the villages of Um Batina, Nabe’ al-Sakhr, Rasm al-Shouli and al-Hamidiyeh in the countryside of Quneitra province, a military source told SANA.
Daraa
In the neighboring Daraa province, army units targeted terrorists’ positions in Atman town in the northern countryside of the southern Daraa province.
The terrorists suffered losses as they were directly hit, and a mortar launcher for them was destroyed.
An army unit fired at gatherings of terrorists and some of their hideouts in Aqraba village in the northwestern countryside of the province, leaving a number of them killed or injured.
A number of terrorists from what is called “Jaidour Houran battalion” and “Hamza Asadullah battalion” were killed during a special operation by the army to the west of al-Fuqieh village check point in the middle of the road that links al-Sanamain and al-Shikh miskeen cities .
Meanwhile, a unit of army inflicted heavy losses in personnel and munitions upon terrorist organizations during an operation against terrorists’ dens and movements in al-Nuiymeh town 40 kilometers to the east of Daraa.
Homs
28 terrorists in al-Makal’a area in Palmyra countryside
In the central province of Homs, an Army unit repelled an attack of ISIS against a military check-point in al-Makaal’a area southeast of Palmyra in Homs province, killing a number of terrorists and injuring many others.
Another Army unit thwarted infiltration attempt of ISIS from Marhatan and Abu Tawala towards al-Boida al-Sharkia in the southwest countryside of Palmyra, killing and injuring many of terrorists.
Meanwhile, army units continued its operations at al-Bayarat area to the south of Palmyra city.
The operations resulted in the killing of a number of terrorists in addition to the destruction of a vehicle equipped with heavy machine gun.
Army also directed intensive strikes against ISIS gatherings in Wadi Abyad dam, to the south of Hayal Mountain and to the south of al-Muthalath, causing the killing of many of ISIS members and the destroying of ammo and weaponry.
Army and Armed Forces continue their intensive and accurate operations against ISIS dens and gatherings in Palmyra city and its countryside, achieving important progress on large areas in the countryside of Palmyra and reestablishing control over many areas and controlling points.
Later on the day, an army unit killed 28 terrorists in al-Makal’a area in Palmyra countryside.
Hama
The army’s air force destroyed dens and vehicles for terrorists in Jana al-Elbawi, al-Qastal al-Shimali, Morek and al-Naqir in Hama countryside.
The army raids killed a number of terrorists and injured many others.
