Mikdad: Turkish people’s respect for Erdogan regime is fading

Beirut, SANA-Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister Fayssal Mikdad said that Head of the Turkish regime, Erdogan, is no longer obtaining any regional or international respect as the Turkish people’s respect for his leadership is fading every day.

“One of Erdogan regime’s scandals is lie and misleading as well as the use of his authority to carry out heinous polices of discharging, arresting or bringing to justice anyone who disagree with him,” Mikdad said in an article published by Lebanese al-Binaa newspaper on Saturday.

He added there was not any impact of the polices and stances launched by Erdogan at his discourses inside or outside Turkey on the regional and international levels, saying “A friend of Turkey yesterday became any enemy of it today according to Erdogan.”

Mikdad pointed out to the sudden rapprochement between the Turkish and Saudi regimes and their agreement to support terrorism whether it was related to the Islamic state in Iraq and Syria organization, Jabhat al-Nusra, al-Qaeda or any mercenary organization backed by the two regimes in Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen.

He affirmed that Erdogan regime is approaching to abyss, particularly because Erdogan’s denying of the Turkish judiciary and his flagrant intervention in its affairs and his pursuance of judges and honest men in the Turkish security apparatus who defend law while trying to prevent the weapon shipments from crossing into Syria.
