Damascus, SANA- Member of the Board of Directors of Damascus and its Countryside Chamber of Industry Mohammad Akram al-Hallaq expected the number of companies TO participate inTartous monthly shopping festival from May 1 to 7 will reach about 100 national industrial companies.
During a meeting of the festival’s organizing committee, al-Hallaq indicated that after the success achieved by the monthly festival organized by the Chamber in Damascus, the chamber decided to start to hold a similar festival in Tartous province.
He indicated that the monthly festival in Damascus will continue to be held from the 11th to the 17th day of every month at al-Jalaa Sports Hall in Mezzeh neighborhood.
He added that the monthly shopping festivals held in Damascus and Tartous aim at protecting the national industry and providing the commodities for citizens at lower prices.
