Lattakia, SANA – More than 60 kickboxers from various clubs and centers participated in a kickboxing championship in Lattakia that was recently held at al-Bassel Stadium.
The first places in the full-contact competitions were won by al-Hussein Qassem (51 kg), Ahmad Suleiman (54 kg), Mudar Qassem (57 kg), Mudar al-Sheikh Hassan (60 kg), al-Laith Ghanem (64 kg), Ahd Othman (67 kg), al-Hassan Radwan (71 kg), Saleem Taraf (76 kg), Muhannad al-Shaikh Hassan (81 kg), Ali Ghanem (86 kg), Thaer Yussef (91 kg) and Ayham Kharfan (96 kg and above).
In the semi-contact competitions, the first places went to Ahmad Nasser (50 kg), Bashar Tuwalo (55 kg), Hamza Zaher (60 kg), Mohammad Zain Eddin (70 kg), Ali Ahmad (70 kg), Nazih Daryousi (75 kg), Haidar Rabie (80 kg) and Mohammad Fawzi (80 kg and above).
The first places in the Low-kick competitions were won by Jaafar Dayoub (57 kg), Milad Aqel (67 kg) and Fawaz Abdullah (76 kg).
In K-1 competitions Mohammad Hamshou (60 kg), Ashraf Shakouhi (71 kg) and Mazen Barhoum (86 kg) were ranked first.
