Damascus, SANA-Central Bank of Syria has allocated a quantity of one hundred million USD to finance imports.
“The bank is determined to interfere in the market everyday through financing demands of importers,” Governor of Central Bank of Syria Adeb Mayaleh told SANA on Wednesday.
He fixed next Tuesday as a date to hold a session to discuss the situation of funding imports, developments of exchange price and to sell new quantities of foreign currency.
