Baghdad, SANA – Chinese Ambassador to Iraq Wang Yong stressed China’s firm stance on the need to find a solution to the crisis in Syria by political means and through an inter-Syrian dialogue without any foreign interference.
Wang reiterated, during a meeting with Syria’s Ambassador in Baghdad Satam Jadaan al-Dandah in the Iraqi capital, his country’s support to Syria in its confrontation against the terrorist organizations.
The Chinese Ambassador said Beijing rejects any attempts to dictate solutions to the crisis in Syria that are against the will of the Syrian people and their independent national decision.
Wang and al-Dandah discussed the Syrian-Chinese relations and means of developing them, with the latter stressing the importance of continuing consultations and coordination with China in various domains.
