Russian air defenses shoot down 5 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions

Moscow, SANA- Russian air defenses shot down five Ukrainian drones over Kursk and Rostov regions in the southwest of the country.

Novosti Agency quoted Acting Governor of Kursk Region Alexei Smirnov as saying that Russian air defenses shot down three Ukrainian drones that targeted the region, calling on residents not to approach the wreckage of the drones if they are found.

The Governor of Rostov Oblast Vasily Golubev also announced that two drones were shot down in the north of the region without causing any casualties or damage.

On an almost daily basis, Kiev forces continue to target with drones and missiles residential border areas in southwestern Russia, while Russian air defenses confront them, shooting down and destroying most of them.
