Manama, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad arrived Thursday in Bahraini capital of Manama to take part in the activities of the 33rd session of Arab League Council meeting at the summit level.
President al-Assad was received by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the personal Representative of King of Bahrain, Undersecretary of Bahraini Foreign Affairs Ministry, Sheikh Abdallah bin Ahmed bin Abdallah Al Khalifa and Assistant Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmed Rashid Khattabi.
The official delegation comprises Foreign and Expatriates Minister Fayssal Mikdad, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Bassam Sabbagh, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Habib Abbas, Syrian Ambassador to Bahrain, Muhammad Ali Ibrahim, and Permanent Representative of Syria to League of Arab States, Hossam El-Din Ala.
