Brasilia, SANA- Brazil has condemned the start of operations by Israeli occupation invasion in the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, stressing that the invasion undermines the ongoing mediation and dialogue efforts.
“Israel” has chosen to “deliberately intensify the conflict in an area known to have a high concentration of the civilian population”, disregarding calls from the international community, including its closest allies, Reuters quoted the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as saying in a statement
Earlier on Tuesday, The Israeli occupation forces stormed Gaza’s vital Rafah border crossing, which is the primary entry point for aid to Gaza, and closed it completely, threatening to exacerbate the humanitarian catastrophe.
