Mikdad discusses with Egyptian, Lebanese, UAE and Tunisia counterparts bilateral relations

Cairo, SANA-Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Fayssal Mikdad, continued his meetings with a number of his counterparts participating in the meeting of the Arab League Council at the ministerial level in Cairo.

Minister Mikdad discussed with Sameh Shukri, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt, Abdullah Bou Habib, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Lebanon, and Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State in the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs,Nabil Ammar, Tunisia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, bilateral relations and ways to enhance them, and developments in the situation on the regional and international arenas.

The discussions took place in a positive atmosphere, and points of view were agreed upon regarding the various issues discussed, especially the emphasis on a unified position to support the struggle of the Palestinian people in the face of the war of extermination waged by “Israel” in Gaza and the West Bank, and the right of the Palestinians to establish their independent state on their land with its capital. Jerusalem, and to return to their land and homes.
