Baghdad, SANA- A missile attack targeted on Friday dawn the U.S. Embassy in Iraq’s Green Zone in the capita of Baghdad.
Strong explosions were heard while a video clip was circulated from inside the Green Zone, showing the sounds of missiles and sirens launched by the embassy, in addition to audio warnings addressing embassy personnel, al-Sumaria News website reported.
The website indicated that this is the first time the American embassy in Baghdad is targeted, as the Iraqi resistance has intensified its attacks on the American occupation bases in Iraq and Syria since the Israeli occupation entity, with the support of the United States, began its brutal aggression against the Gaza Strip, causing direct casualties.
