Damascus-SANA- The presidency of the Armenian Protestant Community in Syria condemned in a statement the terrorist attack targeting on Thursday the graduation ceremony of military academy cadets in Homs.
“This terrorist attack, which left dozens of martyrs and wounded, is added to the list of attacks that have been targeting Syria for 12 years ”, the statement reads.
“The Protestant Community in Syria appeals to the international community and international human rights organizations to exercise their role in stopping further bloodshed in a nation suffering from the acts of terrorists and their supporters ” it added.
“Armenian community offers condolences over the martyrs, both civilians and military personnel, wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded”, the statement concluded.
