Moscow, SANA- Russian Ministry of Defense said that aircraft affiliated with Russian Fleet destroyed, on Monday, four US-made war boats carrying Ukrainian forces heading for Tarkhankut region, west of Crimean Peninsula.
The ministry said in a statement Russian air defense systems intercepted two Ukrainian drones in Kursk region and over Black Sea near the Crimean Peninsula.
Kiev began what it calls a counterattack on June 4, in the directions of southern Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Artyomovsk.
Ukrainian and Western officials said that the counterattack, which began on June 4th in the directions of southern Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Artyomovsk, was thwarted due to the fortified Russian defenses.
