Tehran, SANA- Iran has reaffirmed that the presence of the US occupation forces in Syria is a flagrant violation of all international rights and laws and it entails a serious and rapid response by the Security Council and the United Nation.
“Iran’s position is firm, and we stress the need to take immediate measures regarding the illegal presence of US forces in Syria.” Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani said during a weekly press conference on Monday.
Regarding the Israeli attacks on Syria, Kanaani added “This entity has committed a criminal and hostile act against the sovereignty of Syria, and these Israeli attacks are a violation of international laws.”
With regard to the criminal actions launched by the Zionist entity on the Palestinian lands, Kanaani noted that the Zionist entity’s transgression, abuse and desecration of the holy sites, especially al-Aqsa Mosque, proved once again that it would not miss any opportunity to continue its criminal aggressive actions against the Palestinian people.
