Moscow, SANA-Yuri Barbashov, head of the Snehorivka district administration, said, Sunday, that the Ukrainian forces are laying mines indiscriminately in the territory of the Snehorivka district of the Kherson region, which poses severe dangers to civilians, including children.
“Rural roads are mined, and people who try to use them to reach their villages are being harmed,” he added, speaking to “Sputnik”.
“Recently there was an explosion, a family including children was injured… It is simply impossible to travel along country roads,” he noted.
