Sweida, SANA – The “Together to Syria” festival, organized by the Culture Ministry, kicked off on Sunday at the Arab Cultural Center in Sweida.
The first day activities included a concert by the band Tarab Dhahab, featuring songs from Syrian heritage and traditional Arabic music.
The 4-day festival will feature numerous activities in the provinces of Hama, Homs, Lattakia, and Tartous, including concerts by the musical ensembles of Nazir Mawwas, Safwan al-Abed, and Selhi al-Wadi.
The festival was preceded by the opening of an art exhibition featuring around 40 paintings by artist Rabe’a al-Baini.
