Damascus, SANA- Minister of Communications and Technology, Eng. Iyad al-Khatib, discussed on Thursday with Ambassador of Pakistan in Damascus,Shahid Akhtar, ways to enhance bilateral relations in communications and informatics sector.
During the meeting, held at the building of the Ministry of Communication and Technology in Damascus on Thursday, minister al-Khatib noted to the cooperation between both sides, especially in the field of software and its applications, in a way that serves the common interests of both countries.
In turn, the Pakistani ambassador affirmed the readiness of the Republic of Pakistan to cooperate with the Ministry through the exchange of experiences between both countries and the training of technical personnel in the ministry and its affiliated bodies.
