New batch of INA students graduated

Damascus, SANA- Premier Hussein Arnous underlined the government’s keenness to prepare skillful and efficient administrative cadres that contribute to developing the job environment, which will reflect positively on the performance of various state institutions, overcome challenges encountered at work, and find solutions required by the upcoming stage in various fields, especially reconstruction and construction.

“The graduates are qualified to work in various posts and administrative positions”, Arnous said Monday in a speech during the graduation ceremony for the 18th batch of the National Institute of Administration (INA), consisting of 40 graduates, stressing the importance of continuous follow-up, sharpening skills, refining their knowledge and experiences that enable them to develop their work positions.

“The graduates are a tool for carrying out National Programme for Administrative Reform, in accordance with their various capabilities.”, Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Salam Safaf, said in a statement to journalists.

Safaf added “We hope the graduates will be a tributary to the work of public agencies, especially in the path of development and administrative reform, as we do great efforts to enable and support them on an ongoing basis.”

The National Institute of Public Administration assures intensive training for the state senior public servants. It is the outcome of Syria’s belief in achieving the firm foundations of administrative reform, development and modernizing the public sectors in ministries and public institutions. It provides the trainees with high-level training in the following disciplines: economics, public administration and management, public law, international law, general knowledge, and foreign languages.
