Damascus, SANA- Alliance of Mediterranean News Agencies (AMAN) announced the winners of its competition for best news item and best photograph, with the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) winning first place for best news item between 2021 -2022.
The Board of Directors of AMAN announced during its online meeting that the journalist Muhammad Imad Deghli from SANA won the award of the best news item entitled “Syrians are the first to invent seals in the world.
SANA wins the best news item award for the second time as it has won the first place in 2015.
AMAN includes news agencies from Syria, Algeria, Egypt, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Lebanon, Libya, Tunisia, Palestine, Greece, Cyprus, Albania, Serbia, Croatia, Mauritania and Morocco.
