Allaf, ranking 192 internationally, beat the Moroccan Marwan Wasfi in two groups (6-3 and 6-4) and beat the South African Bradown Lawbser (6-4 and 6-4) before he was beaten in the 16 tournament by the Italian player Andréa Biligrino (3-6 and 4-6).
