Idleb, SANA- Khan Sheikhoun’s city council in Idleb liberated countryside, in cooperation with Technical Services Directorate, started asphalting the main and secondary entrances to the city, as part of the reconstruction plan of what has been destroyed by terrorism.
The cost of implementing road projects is estimated at 253 million SYP, including asphalting, paving and maintenance works of four road along 7 km, which facilitates for farmers and citizens moving to the farms and the fields surrounding the city, Head of the city council, Abdul Karim Najjar said in a statement to SANA.
It is noteworthy that since restoring security to the areas liberated from terrorism, the government has exerted great efforts by implementing several vital projects which encourage the people there to return their homes, as statistics have recorded the return of 1,500 families to their houses in Khan Sheikhoun area so far.
