Russian MoD: Kyiv regime’s practices lead to a humanitarian disaster in Nikolayev

Moscow, SANA- Chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, Mikhail Mezentsev, announced that the Ukrainian authorities in Nikolayev City had paused the disbursement of social benefits and water supplies, warning of the danger of an epidemic disaster.

TASS quoted Mezentsev as saying that social services are not working, the main water supplies are suspended, and people are forced to refill water from all available sources, including untested sources such as rivers, ponds and abandoned wells.

Mezentsev added that if the local authorities fail to take immediate measures to rehabilitate residential areas, the city of Nikolayev will be exposed to an epidemic disaster.

Mezentsev pointed out that the local administration in Nikolayev plundered humanitarian aid, and its presence was noted in stores and pharmacies at doubled prices.

He added that such behavior by the Kyiv regime once again shows its inhumane attitude towards its citizens and testifies to the complete neglect of all ethics and international humanitarian law.
