Damascus, SANA- Representatives from the Syrian Ministry of Social affairs and Labor and the Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection have held a meeting on Friday via video conference to discuss cooperation in the field of caring for people with disabilities and establishing a workshop on manufacturing artificial limbs.
Director of Planning and International Cooperation of the Syrian Ministry, Mahmoud Al-Kawa told SANA that both parties agreed to a joint coordination to determine list of needs to support the social care center in Syria and benefit from the Russian experience in the field of care for people with disabilities.
cooperation in the field of training and capacity building, and the possibilities of establishing a joint project for the manufacture of artificial limbs were also agreed.
