46 new Covid-19, 4 deaths detected in Syria on Friday

Damascus, SANA- 46 new coronavirus cases, 100 recoveries and 4 deaths were reported in Syria, the Health Ministry announced on Friday

The Ministry said in a statement that the total number of infections registered in the country has reached up till now to 40,007, of which 31,671 have recovered and 2,867 have passed away

On March 22^nd, the first coronavirus case was detected in a person wo came from abroad, while the first fatality was reported on 29^th of the same month
