Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a semitropical high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the weather will be hot and clear in general, while it will be misty and hot in al-Jazeera and al-Badia “semi-desert” and the eastern regions.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be in as follows: Damascus 39/22, Homs 37/24, Tartous 32/25, Aleppo 41/27, Lattakia 33/25.
