Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to drop to become below average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
In its Wednesday bulletin, Meteorology Department expected that the weather will be pleasant and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, with a little opportunity for showers over the coastal mountains.
Meanwhile, the weather will be misty and accompanied with dusty conditions in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia “semi desert” regions.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to a moderate speed with active gusts in the afternoon, and the sea waves will be low to medium in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 31/17, Daraa 30/15, Homs 27/16, Hasaka 36/19, Tartous 27/21, Deir Ezzor 36/22.
