Damascus, SANA- Health Ministry announced on Thursday that 130 new coronaviruses were registered in Syria, while 124 cases recovered and 9 others passed away.
The Ministry said, in a statement, that the number of coronavirus infections recorded in Syria has reached up to 19,039 until now, of which 12,855 cases have recovered, while 1,274 have passed away.
The first coronavirus case was reported in Syria on March 22nd last year in a person who came from abroad, while the first fatality was recorded on 29th of the same month.
