Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become from 5 to 8 degrees above average in most regions as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while at night the weather will be cold over the mountains, warning against fog in the mountains and some inland areas at night and in the early morning.
The wind will be of changeable direction to southwesterly with a low speed, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 19/6, Daraa 20/7, Homs 20/8, Lattakia 25/17, Aleppo 17/7 and Deir Ezzor 20/9.
