Damascus, SANA- Prime Minister Hussein Arnous said “After the death of Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem, Syria has lost a prominent national figure who left a good impression in the hearts of all Syrians and a veteran diplomat who aptly defended his country, Syria, at the international and regional forums and various arenas of political action and who was a voice for the right in the face of terrorism and aggression.”
In a press statement, Eng. Arnous added “The Late Minister al-Moallem had left clear imprints on the governmental work and the efforts exerted for serving the Syrian people through his opinions, ideas and propositions which he presented while bearing in mind a single goal which is to serve the Syrian people.”
