Damascus, SANA- Temperatures tend to drop, yet they will remain above average in general as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure from the southeast accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with a little chance of showers on the northwestern areas and the coastal mountains while the weather will be misty in al-Babia “semi-desert” and eastern regions.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 31/19; Daraa 31/18, Homs 30/19; Aleppo31/21, Hasaka23/39 and Tartous 30/21.
