Lebanese Maritime Transport includes Syrian Navy certificates within the list that it recognizes

Damascus, SANA – The General Directorate of Land and Maritime Transport in the Lebanese Republic included the accredited Syrian Navy certificates within the lists that are recognized by it.

Transport Ministry said in a statement to SANA that the Lebanese maritime transport has joined to the lists of recognizers the Syrian Navy certificates that are accredited by the Syrian Maritime Authority and the Syrian Maritime Academy.

It added that the Syrian sailors can now work onboard ships which raise the Lebanese flag.
