Moscow, SANA-Russian President’s special envoy for the Middle East and North Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister, Michael Bogdanov, affirmed his country’s support for Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
In a statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Bogdanov and Syrian Ambassador in Moscow, Riad Haddad, discussed the situation in Syria, as Bogdanov reaffirming his country’s firm stance in supporting Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity as well as fighting international terrorism and continuing to support the Syrian people through exerting necessary efforts for the reconstruction of the country’s economic infrastructure.
The statement pointed out that the talks also tackled the spread of Coronavirus epidemic and avoiding its negative impacts.
