Damascus, SANA-Pre-election silence stage started on Saturday by suspending all forms of electoral campaigns for candidates to the third legislative term of the People’s Assembly set to be run on Sunday, July 19th.
Head of the Higher Judicial Committee for the Elections, Judge Samer Zumriq, told SANA on Friday that as of Saturday, July 18th, it is ban for any candidate to make any form of electoral campaign one day ahead of the set elections.
