Internal Trade Minister, Chamber of Commerce discuss means to provide food items in local markets at reasonable prices

Damascus, SANA- Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Talal Barazi discussed on Sunday with members of Damascus Chamber of Commerce ways to maintain the flow of basic food items, consumer products, and commodities in the market, all while ensuring that these items are of good quality and reasonably priced.

The meeting discussed the difficulties that hinder imports and exports due to coercive unilateral economic measures imposed on Syria which constitute economic terrorism, the most recent example of them being the recent “Caesar Act.”
