250 Syrian students arrive in Damascus International Airport coming from India

Damascus, SANA- 250 Syrian students on Sunday arrived in Damascus International Airport coming from India in framework of the governmental efforts for the return of the Syrians stranded abroad due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Director of Damascus Health Department, Hazar Raef, said in a statement to the journalists that the Students were transported upon their arrival to the lockdown centers in al-Harjalah town in Damascus Countryside.

The Director added that the comers will reside in the lockdown centers for 14 days and this period is applied on all them to ensure that they are not infected with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to ensure safety of them and the citizens alike.

She referred that the health team has taken all the health investigative procedures for the passengers, like taking their temperature degree and registering their personal data ,and they will be followed up on and provided the care under the supervision of a specialized health team.
