Damascus, SANA-Health Ministry announced on Saturday that 11 new coronavirus cases have been registered and 5 others have recovered, raising the total number of infections to 198 ones.
The Ministry said in a statement that the new cases were for 10 persons who are in close contact with infected persons in Jdaydat al-Fadle and one other case for a person who has come from Lebanon.
It added that the total infections in Syria reached at 198 ones, 83 of them have recovered while 7 cases have died.
