Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Sunday the legislative decree No.12 for 2020 that extends all legal deadlines included in the tax legislation and fees as of March 22nd, 2020, the date of starting the preventive measures taken to confront the coronavirus.
Finance Minister Maamoun Hamdan said the decree benefits all citizens and covers all taxes and fees paid to the state such as income tax, consumer spending fees, local administration fees, etc. if the deadline for paying them ends after 22/03/2020.
