Damascus, SANA- Government team tasked with confronting the Coronavirus (COVID-19) decided on Wednesday to reopen universities and institutions as of May 31,2020.
The team also decided to resume public and private transportation as of May 10th with following health safety measures and achieving social distancing, asking transport committees in provinces to organize public transportation between countryside and city and inside the cities.
It discussed the Tourism Ministry’s vision for partial reopening of tourist facilities and restaurants after Eid al-Fitre.
The team decided to postpone all exhibitions , private and public periodic conferences until next year, including the Book Fair and the Damascus International Fair.
