Syria achieves distinguished administration of Oman Experimental Rally 2014

Damascus, SANA, Syria continues to achieve more successes in the rallies at the regional and international levels, the latest of which was hosted by the Omani capital of Masqat , it was supervised by Syrian Automobile Club.

Oman experimental rally, which is expected to be one of the Middle East Championship’s stages, was a success due to the great efforts exerted by the Syrian Automobile Club through its General Supervisor Hani Shaaban, who supervised the rally with a high professionalism benefiting from the experience gained during his participation in the most prominent Arab and international rallies.

Shaaban told SANA that Oman experimental rally 2014 was held over three days with the participation of 25 distinguished racers who came from the Gulf and the Middle East countries.

He added that the rally was divided into 13 levels with a length of 560 kms, 180 kms of which are assigned to private super levels.

Other members of the club also played a significant role in the rally including Dr. Mazen Murad the Chairman of the Referees Committee, Dr. Samer Khudir the senior medical official, and Warda Elias the secretary of the referees.
