Temperatures above average, weather relatively cold at night

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds while the weather will be relatively cold at night, warning against fog in some inland areas in the early morning.

The wind will be easterly to northeasterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 25/14, Daraa 26/14, Homs 23/14, Lattakia 28/19, Aleppo 23/10 and Deir Ezzor 25/13.
