Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by a semi-tropical high pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the weather will be hot and the skies will be clear in general while the weather will be misty and very hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia “semi-desert” areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 38/18, Daraa 36/18, Homs 37/19, Lattakia 33/24, Aleppo 39/23 and Deir Ezzor 44/24.
