Tehran, SANA-First vice president of Iran Eshaq Jahangiri on Wednesday reiterated his country’s support to Syria in the war against terrorism and the stage of reconstruction.
Jahangiri, meeting Syria’s Ambassador in Tehran Adnan Mahmoud, hailed the victories achieved by Syria in the face of terrorist organizations, affirming that Iran will remain standing by Syria until gaining the final victory on terrorism.
He added that the Iranian private sector will contribute to the reconstruction phase in Syria.
Ambassador Mahmoud, for his part, pointed out to Syria’s determination to boost strategic relations with Iran and achieve the economic integration between the two countries.
He appreciated Iran support to Syria in the fight against terrorism and restoring security and stability to the whole Syrian territory.
