Damascus, SANA – Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali Ghanem said that the Ministry exerte great efforts for covering the need of oil derivatives and increasing production and securing the requirements as well as rehabilitating the stations and fields affected, clarifying that the unilateral economic measures imposed on Syria caused failure of the arrival of oil derivatives.
During a session of People’s Assembly, the Minister pointed out that work is being done to increase production capacity of domestic gas and finding alternatives for securing it, calling on citizens to submit complaints against any station that get higher prices for the material of change its amounts.
