Beirut, SANA – The highway that links Beirut with the Syrian capital of Damascus was reopened Sunday in Dahr al-Baydar area after the removal of sliding cars due to snow accumulation and current weather conditions.
The Traffic Management Center affiliated to the Lebanese Internal Security Forces stated that the highway has been reopened in both directions.
