Moscow, SANA- Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia Valery Gerasimov called on Tuesday on the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to participate in the reconstruction process in Syria.
During a meeting of the SCO general staff chiefs, Gerasimov proposed that the member states participate in the humanitarian operation in Syria in order to practically cooperate on a large scale in the demining operations, conducting joint patrols, rebuilding infrastructure and providing humanitarian assistance.
