India willing to contribute to rebuilding what has been destroyed by terrorism in Aleppo

Aleppo, SANA- Ambassador of India in Damascus, Man Mohan Bhanot, expressed India’s willingness to contribute to the process of rebuilding what has been destroyed by terrorism in Aleppo province.

During the Ambassador and the accompanying delegation’s meeting with Aleppo Governor, Hussein Dyab, both sides on Monday discussed means to enhance joint cooperation to build what has been destroyed by terrorists.

Indian Ambassador expressed deep grieve over the destruction in Aleppo, yet at the same time he expressed optimism when he watched the resilience and determination of the people in Aleppo and the implemented projects in the province.

He indicated that Syria and India have enjoyed outstanding friendship relations from a long time, hailing the heroism and sacrifices of the Syrian Arab army and the victories it has achieved against terrorism.

He noted that his visit to Aleppo aims at enhancing the cooperation and discussing the domains of the joint work with different activities.

Governor Dyab said that Aleppo which embraces many industries is witnessing a state of prosperity after eradicating terrorism from it in a way that opens the door wide for enhancing joint cooperation with India as an international economic power.

The Governor indicated that people in Aleppo highly appreciate the stances of the Indian Government and people who have always rejected the unjust terrorist war launched against Syria, expressing readiness to further enhance relations between the two countries.
