Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy sometimes and rain showers will fall over different areas across the country and the rainfalls will be heavy and accompanied by thunder in the eastern and al-Jazeera areas.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a moderate speed while the sea waves will be low to moderate in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 16/7, Daraa 17/7, Homs 15/5, Lattakia 20/15, Aleppo 15/6 and Deir Ezzor 18/7.
